Our Deluxe Face Yoga Workshops are a 60‑minute guided experience held live online, designed to feel intimate, restorative, and deeply effective. You’ll be led step by step through each technique from breathwork and mindful warm‑ups to targeted facial sculpting, acupressure, and lymphatic drainage sequences.  You can follow with confidence and feel the results in real time.  Finish feeling grounded, lifted, and more connected to your own natural radiance.
