Our Deluxe Face Yoga Workshops are a 60‑minute guided experience held live online, designed to feel intimate, restorative, and deeply effective. You’ll be led step by step through each technique from breathwork and mindful warm‑ups to targeted facial sculpting, acupressure point release, and lymphatic drainage sequences. You can follow with confidence and feel the results in real time. Finish feeling grounded, visibly lifted, and more connected to your own natural radiance.

A single use, paper, serum face mask of your choice
Facial oil of your choice (must be eye friendly) This needs to be oil not serum to allow glide on the skin
